BURNING WOMAN Festival 2020: Request a Full Refund
In light of the coronavirus outbreak, and following consultation and advice, BURNING WOMAN Festival 2020 has been postponed until 2021.
All pre-purchased tickets will automatically be transferred to the 2021 Festival date.
You don’t need to do anything to transfer your ticket! Plus, you’ll also receive the following benefits:
- Your 2021 ticket will be automatically sent to you.
- You’ll be given FREE access to attend our Live Online Global Burning Woman Festival on 4th and 5th July 2020 – Worth £50.
- You’ll be given priority location in 2021 if you booked a Glamping or Baker Tent.
A lot of planning and organisation goes into putting on a festival and at this stage most of the infrastructure has been paid for. We’ve also paid hundreds of pounds in donations to TreeSisters.
We are encouraging anyone who can afford it, to allow their ticket to be transferred over to next year. This is an unprecedented turn of events and BURNING WOMAN Festival asks for your support. By transferring your ticket, this will support everyone in handling this difficult situation. They will simply transfer their contracts to 2021, relieving much of the pressures of everyone’s livelihoods.
We appreciate that it is a difficult time for many and if you’ve bought a ticket for this year’s festival but cannot afford to or don’t want to hold it to next year, then you can claim a refund, less any donation to TreeSisters. Please complete the online refund form below before 5th May 2020.

Ticket FAQs
I have a disabled ticket and a carers ticket, will they both be valid for for 2021?
Yes, they will both be valid and you will be re-issued your 2021 tickets later in the year.
What will happen to my Campervan Pitch, Luxury Glamping Tent or Bell Tents booking?
If you booked a Campervan Pitch, Luxury Glamping Tent or Bell Tents your bookings can also be rolled over for a like-for-like booking in a prime location for the 2021 festival.
When will BURNING WOMAN Festival take place?
BURNING WOMAN Festival 2021 will take place on 23rd-25th July 2021.
Where do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on your e-tickets or your confirmation email.
When will the money be refunded back onto my card?
Refunds may take up to 60 days to reach your account so please be patient. Any refunds will be issued to the original payment card.
How long do I have to decide to roll over to 2021 or refund my tickets?
You have until 5th May 2020 to apply for refunds.
I can’t make BURNING WOMAN Festival 2021, can I carry my ticket over to another year?
