A Deeper Connection - reclaiming our bond through rhythm & song

Join Jude from BeatFeet Drumming, Dance & Wellbeing Workshops for an energising and unifying group drumming experience. During this workshop, Jude invites us to reclaim a deeper connection with ourselves and each other through the power of rhythm and song. Absolutely no previous experience of drumming or singing is required to join this session. Jude will lead the group through playing techniques that will then empower drummers to find their own inner drumming ‘voice’. Expect heartfelt laughs, powerful connection through music and a few new friends along the way!

Duration: 60-90mins

You will need: You may bring your own drum. Jude uses djembes and has 80 that she is bringing with her. You are invited to bring frame drums too, to use in the free flow section of the workshop to add depth to the overall soundscape.
