Paula is a health and well-being practitioner with over 30 years experience. In her workshop she will discuss how to nurture yourself and what you need and practical ways to create a calmer more balanced life. Learning deep breathing techniques to calm and relax you instantly, understand the importance of having a daily practice. Use of natural supplements including; essential oils and CBD. Learn the Reflexology point and a Kinesiology point to relax you. Understanding that to bring calm and peace to our children and families – we have to model it. There will be an opportunity to try CBD too.
