In this workshop I would love to empower you with some simple, practical, and yet profound somatic (body based) and grounding tools to use in your busy daily lives. We will explore why somatic (body based) approach is important part of healing. Also, you will learn about TRE® (Tension Stress Trauma Release) which is a revolutionary method that taps into your body’s natural healing mechanism and ‘’quickly’’ downregulates your nervous system via an innovative series of 7 exercises. It assists the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma and activates shaking mechanism. You will learn about TRE benefits, powerful PSOAS muscle, self-regulation and how trauma is stored in the body. Workshop will be held in a safe, nurturing way with practical tools to take away home.
