The science of Yoga Nidra is incredible. Twenty minutes of Yogic Sleep practice is the equivalent of sleeping for around 4 hours sleep.

This practice will rejuvenate you for the evenings entertainment. This workshop is about celebrating the miraculous nature of you, the marvellous beauty of you and the magical power source of you.
