Celebrating the Older Woman – Creative Writing & Poetry Writing Workshop

This practical writing workshop will use examples of contemporary writing and lots of writing prompts and tasks to allow us to write openly and honestly about our experiences of ageing and will challenge the ageist and sexist narrative within contemporary culture.

As part of the Spoken Word Performance on Saturday 6.30pm-7.30pm – there will be opportunity for workshop participants (who wish to – there is absolutely no pressure to perform) to share a small part of their work produced within this workshop in a safe and supportive performance space.

Please bring: Pen, paper or notebook

Please note – this workshop is open to women aged 45 and over (although there is of course wriggle room here.)
