Charlotte Gallagher

Charlotte is a British-Irish actor, writer, improvisor, storyteller, yoga teacher and ritualist known for her funny, feminist semi-autobiographical stand-up theatre plays, Char Char ~ WitchyI (VAULT Festival 2023), Searlit Ní Gallochoir ~ Fantasy Ireland (Galway Theatre Festival, 2019) and Carlotta de Galleon ~ A Fool for Love! (Edinburgh Fringe, 2016). She read English at UCL, trained at The Poor School and studied clown at L’Ecole Philippe Gaulier. Charlotte loves performing at festivals, under trees, on grand stages, in church halls and in local libraries as much as she loves sitting in a circle and gathering a ceremony together. Her aim is to help us all revel in liveness, remember what it is to be human, to see ourselves in each other and maybe even be surprised by what we haven’t forgotten yet. She’s also up for a laugh.
