In this 1:1 session the divine power of Reiki and Crystals will be used together to unblock Chakras and allowing the energy to flow, cleansing the aura and cutting any cords that may be holding you back from your own divine feminine empowerment. All sessions will be individually tailored and therefore once you have booked a place please email Trish at [email protected] where she will forward you a short form to complete before your session allowing your session to be entirely bespoke to you.

BIOGRAPHY: Trisha Cherkas hugely resonates with individuality, mental wellbeing, spiritual healing, designing and creating, all of which she has incorporated into her business. Trisha is also a great believer in Law of Attraction and has been practising the method of manifesting since 2007.

Spirituality is a journey, like most things, and to continue her learning and enhancement. Since she launched her business Trisha is a qualified Crystal Guide Master, Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practitioner and an Essential Oil Practitioner. Growing and expanding her knowledge further into Spiritual Coaching, Gemology, Kyle Gray’s Crystal Guide and Level 3 Reiki Master.

Aside from her business Trisha is a mother to two strong-willed daughters that are home educated and is also a great advocator of Gentle Parenting as defined by Sarah Ockwell-Smith, the ethos to which has supported her own healing journey.
