Farewell & Ancestral Fire Ceremony

Many women have already given names of their female ancestors and loved ones who have passed on to honour them in the fire at the Burning Woman Festival.

At the end of the festival on Sunday 5th July, 9.30pm, Olivia & Jenny Lynne-Sessions (Jen-ix) will be holding a sacred fire in honour of our female heritage and sisterhood. We will gather around the heart of the fire to close our festival and keep our inner fires burning.

If you would like to add a name(s) of your female ancestors and loved ones who have passed on please email or comment on the post in the Burning Woman Facebook group. Additionally please add the name of any woman who could do with feeling the energy, strength, love and warmth from the power of our Burning Woman Fire.
