Goddess Gem Glow

Hello Gorgeous Goddesses,

My birth name is Eleena, which translates to ‘bright light’ – I have been described as having a sunny disposition and radiant glow. I live for creating sacred spaces to help souls connect on a deeper level, to unite with their higher self, in a loving space and help women glow together, through self love techniques and by reigniting our inner flame to release any emotional burdens we may be holding onto. During becoming a Reiki Master I learnt we have a inner gem within our Hara space that requires our love and attention, through regular deep healing to help it sparkle! Together we will work on sending love to this area, with the goal of helping us glow from the inside and out.

In this workshop I will focus on the two chakras that from my experience women need to work on regularly, as we hold a lot of trauma and emotions in these areas – our sacred sacral centre & our loving heart centre. I will guide us through Qigong to ground us and get the energy flowing, we will then cleanse our energy space, mainly focusing on these two areas and filling it with loving intentions. I will teach you mindfulness techniques, and guide you through a loving healing meditation to help balance these areas – with the help of crystals, sound healing (crystal singing bowls) and you will have the opportunity receive a touch of Reiki Energy!

When I studied Neuroscience BSc. I was inspired by the power of the mind and I now entwine science within my treatments/teachings and the core of my work aligns with mindfulness, It has been shown that mindfulness rewires the brain, I want to help provide space and guidance to allow souls to work on developing this, to allow them to do the self work in their own time, to create their own self care routine.

We all need to re-centre now and then, give yourself the space and loving energy to do this. I look forward to seeing you all at this empowering event, to reunite together as goddesses to shine bright!

You may wish to bring a pillow and blanket. A crystal will be provided to keep (carnelian for the womb healing) and a bag of crystals to connect with will be prepared.
