Laughter Yoga is based on the concept that intentional laughter (fake) creates the same effects on the mind, body and spirit, as genuine laughter, therefore we do not need jokes or humour. During a session we connect through laughter exercises, joyful and childlike playfulness which leads to genuine laughter. Exercises involve laughter interspersed with stretching, breathing and clapping.
