Dr Sarita Robinson is one of the world’s leading academic researcher in area of survival psychology and so is often referred to as Doctor Survival! After twenty years of research she has concluded that the hardest things to survive are actually the random, everyday things that life throws at you. We are continually told that we should be more resilient. However, exactly how we become more resilient is often not outlined. Come along to this workshop to learn how our physical and mental health are linked and how a psychobiological approach can help us to maintain good levels of mental well-being. This workshop will focus on sleep, diet, exercise, social support and optimism.
