Morning guided meditation, set your intentions for the day, relax your mind and body, allow your mind to come into stillness, connect with the earth, with grounding visualisation, and slowly bring your awareness into your being and body.
No previous meditation/ mindfulness experience required, we will have at least three, different methods, and hope to give you useful tips, to help, yourself ground and process.
Feel free to bring a journal to record/ write down anything that resonates with you, a cushion, blanket and water bottle (hot drinks in closed containers please.) If you have difficulty sitting on the ground you may want to bring a camp chair. You’ll also need an open mind and a smile 🙂
