Rest and remembrance:
As the workshop draws to a close, nestle into your cozy haven for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that will lull you into tranquility. A traditional Celtic song will then wash over you, honoring your ancestors and reminding you of your lineage.

Mairi is a yoga teacher who values the power of connection. Through her practice, she aims to create a space where you can come to know yourself and others more fully, with kindness and compassion. Her training at Shree Hari Yoga School and Yoga Prema School of Yoga, coupled with her experience working with people with long term conditions, has enriched her practice with tools for mindfulness and self-management.
