A yoga workshop in equal parts Yin & Yang – join us on a journey back to the energy of the heart and the summer element of fire. Beginning with a deeply grounding Yin yoga flow leaning into stillness and softness – we’ll rest and rejuvenate, tending to our inner flame through deep, long, passive stretching.
In the second part of the workshop we’ll begin to spread our wings and unravel into a more Yang, fluid yoga flow, connecting with self and joyfully with others through solo, partner and group yoga. Expect lots of loving touch and laughter!
Absolutely no yoga or meditation experience is required (and you don’t need to bring a partner, either!).
About Your Guide
Marie of Wild Wolf Movement loves to dance with the cycles and seasons of life, and believes Yin yoga is an incredibly powerful tool for self regulation and transformation. Her signature online offering Seasonal Rest is a Yin course which moves with the seasons, and she also offers in person events, retreats and workshops.
