Changing one aspect of ourselves or the way we think and perceive is sometimes easier when incorporating actual movement. During this meditative walk, we will move around, interacting with our awareness, perceptions, bringing in visualisation and meditation to aid us in our chosen intention, reconnect to parts of ourselves and incorporate the joy of our inner child.
Please ensure you have comfortable clothes and shoes as we will be outside and moving, although we will be stationary at times. Bring an open heart and be ready to try something different.
