I think of the transition space as a sacred place to pause and contemplate what has gone before and what may be possible in our futures. It is a place to go inwards, reflect, and breathe. It is a place to surrender to what is, whether that be celebrating a milestone birthday or facing our grief and loss. It is also a place to explore what medicine we bring to the world.
