Join Esther for a delicious deep dive into the heart’s resting grounds, for whole body replenishment, soul nourishment and a gentle breeze of peace throughout your system. Together we will share the blessed Sacred plant medicine of Cacao- this warming and earthy plant teacher will help us to drop through any layers of tension, to arrive sweetly in the realms of Anahata chakra, the heart space. From this here, we will move through a restorative practice of yoga Nidra and a guided journey to meet the spirit of Cacao to receive more of the medicine she holds. Bring along with you whichever parts of you are in need of a little reset, a deep rest and a refresh… and let the magic of Sacred Rest weave it’s way into the web of your life.
There will be some sharing in small groups before and after the journey, so you can make some new connections and give your intentions and prayers extra power through being heard.
*Cacao is a gentle plant medicine, but there are some contraindications for some. If you experience low blood pressure or you are on anti-depressants currently, please check in with Esther before the session to ensure you get a dose that’s supportive to you
Ingredients As well as 100% organic Ceremonial Grade Cacao the recipe will include Oat Milk, Cayenne Pepper and Cinnamon!

Please wear clothing that you comfortable in and an extra layer so you’re warm enough- even if it’s a hot day the body can cool down as we rest in stillness, so a blanket can be a nice addition.
