Helen Crossley is co-owner of Spark Life Fitness, Yoga & Holistics Studio in North Manchester. Spark Life is an amazing community of women who are all finding little ways to health and happiness, be that through kettlebells, yoga, Pilates and even hula hoop classes in a body positive, weight neutral inclusive and supportive environment. In addition to being a Yogini, Helen is a Mystic and Wise Woman specialising in Reiki, Sound and Angelic Healing and Energy Medicine. When she is not at the studio, Helen can often be found walking in the woodlands with her husband and their two lurchers.
