***If any participants have health concerns in any of the following areas please inform me at the beginning of the class: heart arrhythmia or pacemakers, neurological problems- stroke or epilepsy, pregnancy and any terminal illness.***
Please bring warm clothing, meditation pillow to sit on, water and your journal in case any inspiration or epiphanies occur.
