Tea Ceremony - Opening the Heart

After last year’s success, I am delighted to invite you back to share a few cups of tea in silence with me.
Tea is one of the most ancient plant medicine, a gift of nature that brings us back to the essence of our being.

This year the focus of the workshop will be the heart opening.

When we are centred into our hearts, our soul embodiment is full and shines its light across all areas of our lives.

The deep listening happens and alignment follows.

Tea is an incredible plant medicine.

Drinking tea in silence is a beautiful way to meditate mindfully.

It allows the mind and the body to slow down and engage with the present moment.

Tea meditation is a simple, yet highly effective mindfulness practice.

The ritual of ceremony provides a safe and reliable setting for grounding, alignment, inner peace and clarity.

As an energy healer and shamanic practitioner, my approach to plant medicine is one of experience more than scholar knowledge. I believe that by quieting our mind we are allowing the spirit of a plant to find its way to our inner being. It is an opportunity to merge with the sacredness of the plant and subsequently of Earth, experiencing what it really means to be one with all that exists.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow/ cushion, comfortable clothes, Journal & pen.
