Welcome to the Play Portal! Join Bec for two uproariously fun and reflective hours connecting with your innate ability to play. Come and experience the power of play as medicine for your body, mind and soul. Discover the vital ingredients for play and how to cultivate more play in your daily life.

In this workshop, Bec will create a safe space for you to drop down out of your head and into your body. And from this place of embodiment, you’ll be guided to let go of inhibitions and open to your natural spontaneous, playful-self, through a series of fun and creative, collaborative play based experiences. You’ll also have the opportunity to reflect about play and how you can bring the elements of play into your life.
