Vinyasa yoga is the connection of breath, posture, movement and meditation. It’s a powerful form of yoga that involves one posture flowing into the next. For me vinyasa yoga is silence of the mind and an awareness of our body that cannot be achieved in my everyday life.


Saffron founded Santosha Holistics in 2021. She decided to leave university in 2020 and pursue a career that would make her really happy. She decided to study massage and since then has completed more training, including facial and Thai massage. She is also a vinyasa yoga teacher, which involves flowing freely through postures, connecting the breath with posture, meditation and movement.
