Here we will learn about the menstrual cycle and how you can live a womb led life. Talk of the seasons of the body, how to track your cycles and much more. You may wish to bring a pillow or blanket and a note pad and pen. Education is empowerment.

Anouska Cox is the creator of the Etheral Red Tent Collective and spaces. She is a born space holder who holds retreats and ceremonies with the common themes being womb wisdom and healing, sacred sexuality, inner child therapy and rites of passage.
