A passive floor based session, holding stretches for 3/5 minutes to get a deeper stretch into the tissues, using essential oils to create a sense of calm and peace within.

Caroline has been practising yoga for nearly 30 years and teaching for 11 years. She is passionate about Yin Yoga and Cacao Meditation and sharing this love with other women. She also teaches restorative, menopause yoga, Qi gong and Yin, Mindfulness meditation, Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga, pre and postnatal yoga, and Pilates and children’s yoga. She runs regular retreats and workshops and believes in teaching from the heart with authenticity and love. Caroline uses essential oils in Yin classes but not directly onto the skin.

Please bring a Yoga mat.
